Westwood Mall to open next year

The R345 million Westwood shopping centre being built in Westville, Durban, by Grinaker-LTA Building will be completed by September next year.

The 35 000m2 centre, being developed by Retail Africa, will include 1 600 parking bays. It is expected that the complex, which will compete with the nearby regional shopping centre, The Pavilion, will serve the proposed adjacent residential development as well as other suburbs nearby. - Samantha Enslin-Payne, Durban
