Spencer Gore Developments (Pty) Ltd is a partnership between Spencer Gore Construction (Pty) Ltd and Jukskei Property Investments (Pty) Ltd. Spencer Gore Construction (Pty) Ltd has been operational since 1992 and to date has built thousands of new houses and buildings of various sizes. The company has also been involved in numerous government projects such as the building of clinics and community halls. Jukskei Property Investments (Pty) Ltd is a well established, successful developer with several successful developments behind them, the most recent of which is Fernbrook in the Fourways area in Gauteng, which was well received and has sold out.

Cathy Goss is an IT/Marketing executive and creates and manages databases that efficiently manage our projects.
Guy Genislav comes from a strong financial background and functions as the project manager on our larger projects.
Jill Mouat has superb insight into the finer details that add significant value to the end product. She is also very involved in all marketing and visual aspects of the business.
Joan Wingate-Pearse has extensive experience in the construction industry and an artistic eye for the finer details of finishing a home.
Lance Gore heads up the company. He has many years of experience in the construction industry and his attention to detail ensures a quality product.
Mike Mouat is an experienced businessman who has been involved in many enterprises in both the retail sector as well as in property development where he developed the hugely successful Dandaro Retirement Village in Harare and Fernbrooke in Fourways.
Natasha Castelling runs the accounts department and efficiently oversees the payments and collections necessary to run a successful operation.
